do I Start?
A - You register free of charge to
join the DAd Membership Programme by completing a
registration form online - it's that easy! If you do
not have access to the internet, give us a call on
0861 53 55 37 (LEKKER) if there is for any reason a
technical problem with our call centre number,
please phone 082 265 8731 or 084 077 2188 and one of
our friendly consultants will help you get in touch
with a DAd network member.
Q - How long
will it take before I start earning CashBack?
A - The moment your DAd card is
activated you are eligible to start earning
CashBack. Activation of the DAd Card is quick and
easy, please see the My DAd Card tab for more
information on activation of your card.
The CashBack you and your referrals
earn is automatically transferred as a single
deposit into your DAd card on a monthly basis after
commission has been paid by participating CashBack
Partners.
(This process can range from between
60 and 90 days after the purchase).
Q - How do I
refer others to DAd and make them my CashBack
Referees?
All the information you need to
convince your friends and family to become your
CashBack referees is readily available on the
website. By reading through the 'Business
Opportunity' section you will equip yourself with
all of the information necessary to answer any
questions. The nice thing about DAd is that you
don't need to sell anything to anyone. Tell people
about the once in a lifetime opportunity.
Remember how you felt the first time
you heard about DAd and what your concerns and
queries were and develop your conversation from
there. Remind all referees that they need to quote
your DAd number upon registration.
Q - Does the
debit card have a CCV-number and an expiry date
printed on the card?
A - Yes, the DAd card has a CCV-Number
and an expiry date. The reason for this is to be
able to use your DAd Card for all what would
normally be “Credit Card” transactions. Some of the
functions that the DAd Card can be used for: online
shopping, to book flights online, book car hire,
etc.
Q - Form
registration, what is the timeframe to dispatch my
card?
A - When you are registered it
depends on your completion of your FICA
documentation and your R165.00 paid into the trust
account. It may take up to 7 working days
from August 2009 to be dispatched.
Q - When
will the CashBack partners be listed on the web
site?
A – The CashBack partners will be
listed on the website as soon as they sign up.
Q - Is
Direct Advantage a scam?
A – Nobody pays to become a member
and never will.
Q - Can a
Company, CC, Trust, Pty (Ltd) or any legal entity
sign on as a member?
A - Any legal entity can become a
member of Direct Advantage. However the DAd Card can
only be issued to a natural person.
The legal entity can become a member
of DAd and get their CashBack paid into their bank
account.
Q - What is the process
flow of transactions and how does my money get onto
my DAd Card?
A - Please see process and
transaction flow under the My DAd Card tab.
Q - What if I cannot afford
to pay the R165 to open my DAd Card Account or
afford to pay the R35 monthly account fees?
A - You can still become a member of
DAd. Direct Advantage will keep any CashBack not
paid out in our trust account, until the member has
sufficient funds to open an account and to sustain
that account. We at Direct Advantage will never
decline a member for the fact that they cannot
afford the fees. We will help anyone who wants to
become bankable.
Q - Where
does direct advantage make its money?
A - We take a percentage of the
distributable income.
Q - Is the R30 card fee a
yearly fee?
A - The R30 is a card issuing fee,
which is a once off. If a new card gets issued this
fee would be applicable.
Q - Can Direct Advantage
advertise cheaper on my behalf via cell phone and or
SMS?
A - We can and will market on the
vendor’s behalf, with the vendor’s permission and
within boundaries.
Q - Can I get an email
address that links me to the Direct Advantage name?
A - Yes, in future you will be able
to obtain an email address from us under terms and
conditions. If you are interested in getting
yourself a DAd email please enquire from our call
centre?
Q - Is there marketing
material and business cards readily available for
you to start your business?
A - Yes there are, once
you have registered and received your DAd number you
must register on our website. On login you will see
a Marketing material tab, click on the tab and run
the application. This will enable you to obtain your
own brochure and DAd business cards.
Q - Does
Direct Advantage need to register at the Department
of Trade & Industry?
A - No, Direct Advantage
does not need to register with the DTI for approval.
Direct Advantage is a registered Trust according to
the Company Law of the RSA.
Q - Who
is the contact person for the websites?
A -

must be submitted to

Q - Does
Direct Advantage need to be registered with the
Financial Services Board and comply with FAIS?
A - No, FSB registration
is not needed. All financial services are rendered
by FSB approved vendors, banks, etc.
Q - Is
our FICA Registration only compliant for Money
Laundering purposes?
A - We adhere to all
FICA regulations & processes
Q - Does
Direct Advantage need to be registered with SARS in
terms of a Pyramid Scheme?
A - No, Pyramid schemes
are illegal. Therefore we cannot register for an
illegal scheme.
REMEMBER: DAd
is ONLY a membership organisation, facilitating
contact between our members and vendors of services
and products. Legal compliant vendors will only be
allowed to offer such services and products to our
membership base.
